How fast is shipping?

  • You will receive an email that will contain your order information and a link to check the status of your order.
  • All orders placed after 1:00pm CST are processed the following day. All orders placed after 1:00 pm CST Friday are processed the next business day, usually on Monday. In the case of holiday closures orders will be processed on the following business day.
  • Delivery times and costs are chosen at checkout.

What's the returns policy?

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. Returns that are postmarked after the return window closes will not be accepted.
  • Any "On Sale" or "Custom" items are final sales.
  • Items must be in new, original condition with all required tags attached. This includes vendor tags or return security tags. Returns will not be accepted if tags or wardrobe ribbons/rivets are removed or tampered with, and items must not be worn, used, altered, or washed.
  • Return labels are emailed when you initiate return or exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
